Our clients had lived in their home for decades and were ready for a new look and improved functionality. This whole-home renovation transformed the home from a craftsman style to transitional comfort. New black exterior siding modernized the home. Lighter paint, trim, new windows, and updated entertaining spaces (kitchen, rec room, screened porch, and deck) help to make the space ideal for entertaining friends and family. A larger primary suite and luxurious bathroom with soaker tub and river-rock flooring design make for a special retreat for the homeowners. An extra kitchenette in the lower level is now a walk-in, climate-controlled wine cellar to support the owners' pastime of collecting fine wines.
