We begin our journey with a land survey followed by an in-office meeting. These beginning stages are an important time for us to become acquainted and fully understand the ins and outs of your land, the vision you have for your home, and important elements such as finances, budget and insurance.
Throughout the process, we aim to have transparent and clear communications with you. We do this by providing detailed billing each month and copies of all invoices from our subcontractors. Additionally, we provide a weekly progress report to keep you up-to-date so you can watch your home come to life.
The building process begins with your project manager studying and becoming familiar with the building plans. We then choose the best subcontractors from our curated list that will best suit your unique project. Then, as building occurs, we will make regular visits to the site to make sure everything is going according to plan. As building comes to an end, your project manager utilizes an extensive close-out checklist to ensure all components have been fulfilled.
Finally, the most exciting part – we welcome you to your new home! We will continue to support and partner with you through our Home Maintenance Inspection program, during which we arrange any necessary maintenance to ensure the longevity of your home.
