CHRIS KIMMEY, Director of Renovations

Chris Kimmey’s interest in the construction industry started in his teens, when he worked summers and school vacations for his brother-in-law in Vermont. He graduated from Vermont Technical College with a degree in architecture and engineering. His interests and education, coupled with his detail-oriented nature, have served him well. He has held management positions in both residential and commercial sectors throughout his career. Chris enjoys the many relationships fostered over the years with clients, peers, architects, engineers, and trade contractors.

In 2015, after spending yearly vacations in Asheville since 2004, Chris and his wife Ann moved here from New Hampshire. In his free time, Chris follows his passion: cycling the numerous mountain and valley roads of Western North Carolina.
