Todd is responsible for completing all of our project estimates. He works closely with architects and homeowners to gather selection information and translate their vision into real costs. In addition, he verifies the scope of work for subcontractors and the initial contract requisitions.
Todd joined the MKB team in January 2006, bringing with him 8 years of construction experience including a bachelor’s degree in Wood Science from Virginia Tech. Todd started in construction as a carpenter framing houses in the mountains of Colorado and went on to become a project manager for a general contractor.
